Dr Loren Rose – BSc (Hons) MB BS FRANZCO

Paediatric Ophthalmology & General Ophthalmology

Dr Rose holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sydney, graduating with Honours (1st Class) in Visual Neuroscience. She also holds a MBBS from the University of Sydney, graduating with Honours (2nd class) and spent her Resident years at Concord General Hospital. Dr Rose completed her Ophthalmology training at the Royal Eye and Ear Hospital in Victoria as well as a Fellowship in Paediatric ophthalmology at the Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne.She has a VMO position at Bankstown Hospital with a  specialty paediatric clinic as well as admitting right and surgical list for adults and children. Other admitting rights include Westmead Private Hospital and Epping day surgery. Additionally she has recently joined the ophthalmic department in the newly opened Macquarie University Hospital and obtained the title of Clinical Lecturer.Her special interests are in general and paediatric ophthalmology. Dr Rose speaks fluent Spanish.
