How it works:

i-Scribe is an AI-assisted tool that helps our ophthalmologists create letters and summaries following your consultation. It captures key details discussed during your appointment and produces a draft letter. This draft is then carefully reviewed and approved by your ophthalmologist before being sent to your referring doctor, optometrist or GP. The verbatim record of your consultation is then completely deleted.

If you prefer not to have i-Scribe on during your consultation, you can choose to opt out, by simply mentioning it to our staff or your doctor at the time of your consultation.
